Our Methodology

The project output “Guidelines for applying didactic methodology digital CLIL in adult learning” is planned in order to be able to respond concretely to the need to strengthen the digital and language skills (English language) within adult training courses.

Indeed, the guidelines will serve educators engaged in adult education to implement the digital CLIL method in their teaching activities. Innovation is represented by the will to codify a methodology not yet used in adult learning. The digital CLIL, through other disciplines teaching, allows strengthening digital skills and linguistics skills (second language). It is a new learning experience that represents a real opportunities for those who experience it and also for educators who aim to increase the key competences of each learner parallel to a specific subject.

The Guidelines will be set to implement the method in an adult class, however it may offer ideas and inputs to be used also in other sectors of education, being a transversal methodology usable to all disciplines and sectors of training, and we believe that its diffusion can have a use also in the professional or school sectors.

First, it will be a methodology applied by the project partners, as they are all engaged in adult education, they will be able to obtain excellent results through this teaching method. Secondly, it can be used by the target groups identified: 20 teachers internal to the partners, 12 experts, 10 institutes of training and 200 other teachers to whom we will transfer the method directly.

The guidelines were drawn up in English, as well as in the other languages ​​of the partners, therefore they can be used in other European countries as the method can be appropriate in any learning context.
